Co-Founder & Principal

Linnette began her career as a management consultant, helping large companies understand why change efforts stalled. After co-founding InCourage Martial Arts, she brought that same analytical lens to the business: secret-shopping the student experience, mapping manual workflows, and redesigning operations from the ground up. That work helped lay the foundation for MyStudio, where she now serves as a Principal. Today, she speaks at industry events about building efficient, scalable studio operations that don’t require the owner to be in the building every day.
